C&LE ROW approaching an abandoned stretch of Red Cedar Drive in College Hill, looking southeast. Recent sewer work has cleared out the ROW for use as an access road for construction vehicles. Red Cedar Drive is on an earthen berm that starts near the broken concrete slabs near the center of the photo. This berm was probably not present in C&LE days.
