Dayton & Western grading along County Road 335/West Eaton Pike just west of the Ohio/Indiana state line, looking southwest. There's a small creek crossing to the far right and a ditch separating the roadway from the railbed. This is one of the few places the D&W ran to the south or west of the highway, which it did from New Westville until Roby Lane.
