Historic photo of the CG&P on Kellogg Avenue in Columbia-Tusculum, looking southeast from Congress Avenue after repaving. The CG&P had to build new tracks off to the side of the road. Note however that they used the same poles as in the previous photo, just moving the support arms for the wires to the opposite side. That is approximately where the bike path is today.
