Historic photo of the construction of the Western Hills Viaduct as seen from the Harrison Avenue Viaduct. The street and bridge in the center of the photograph is the original Harrison Avenue, which was abandoned after the new viaduct was completed. The CH&D Railroad is at the left, and the old Brighton station had been replaced by this time with a simpler open shelter.
