Old granite block paved roadway between the Indiana & Ohio Oasis, former Pennsylvania/Little Miami Railroad line and Walworth Avenue in Columbia-Tusculum, looking east towards Delta Avenue. The retaining wall on the right is for the railroad viaduct over Eastern Avenue. After the overpass was built this right-of-way where the tracks originally ran was paved with granite block, with tracks in the grass and gravel to the right and left, to provide either a new entrance road into the Pendleton Yards to the west, and/or for a freight unloading team track for the neighborhood. It is currently used for valet parking for The Precinct restaurant, and the granite blocks have been paved over.
