A 1954 map shows how Torrence Road once intersected Columbia Parkway. Although Torrence Road certinaly did exist, I doubt Waterloo Avenue ever existed on anything more than paper. Hoff does exist a little farther east, though it was and still is little more than a gravel driveway.
