Sewer construction reveals buried tracks on Delta Avenue in Columbia/Tusculum, looking south towards Columbia Parkway. A rusted southbound rail is clearly visible to the left of the manhole, and the other rail has caused a very noticeable crack in the pavement to the right. The northbound track appears to be completely removed.
