Along Woodburn Avenue in East Walnut Hills. This is a pretty typical building for this stretch of Woodburn as well as along McMillan near Peeble's Corner. These are some pretty old commercial buildings for being outside of downtown or Over-the-Rhine, since this was the first area of the hilltops to be heavily settled after the inclines and cable car routes were built. This stretch of Woodburn Avenue, for instance, was along the route of the Walnut Hills Cable Railway, which operated to Blair Avenue and Montgomery Road in Evanston, just a few blocks south of I-71. New streetcaping is being installed here and some exposed tracks are in the pavement at the bottom.
