Route 8 Eastern Avenue right-of-way at the end of Garrard Street in Covington near the edge of Wallace Woods, looking southeast. While this looks like a typical hammer head turnaround for a dead end street, this is where the tracks came off the private right-of-way and back onto the public street, although there is no evidence of the tracks themselves here.
